Free maternal creative workshops
Boost your mood by getting creative with other local parents (and parents-to-be).
Laura, from Pen Paper Parents, is trialling 2 free creative workshops for parents expecting a baby – and parents with babies aged 0-1. Using craft and art is a great way to release feelings and emotions that you otherwise keep inside. It can have really beneficial effects on your health. You will be given a free materials pack, including a journal. You don't need to be good at art. Book your place now using the form on this page. Babies are of course welcome to come with you. Laura is a workshop leader with experience of using art in early years settings. She isn't an artist or a therapist. When?
