Free Caribbean cooking workshops: book your place   HEALING GARDENS FREE COOKING WORKSHOPS Myatt's Fields Park Project ran a project called Food Heroes over a number of years. Local men and women in the community produced some wonderful food from all over the World - good traditional food, from African to Italian to Japanese, even Russian! Myatts Field's Park also ran Cook like a Caribbean; another inspiring journey with food, creating a 'food map' that traced the origins of some traditional dishes like salted fish. We prepared, cooked and ate together as a community, and met many new friends on the way. A new cooking project called Healing Gardens sprang from the energy that so many came forward to share. Healing Gardens is running a few cookery workshops this month and would like to invite you all to come along and join in cooking up some sumptuous Caribbean fayre, catering for all tastes and preferences, vegan or otherwise!  Please contact Lahnah at lahnahj@yahoo.co.uk to book a place.  Sessions take place at the Depot, Myatt's Fields Park on the following dates and times: Wednesday 23rd March 4pm - 6pm Easter Sunday 27th March 12 - 3pm Wednesday 30th march 12 - 3pm   Copyright © 2016 Myatt's Fields Park Project, All rights reserved.
