In accepting these plants:

1. I accept the aims of the project run by Myatt’s Fields Park Project – to improve access to food for all in our community, to build community and to improve mental health through access to nature.
   
   
2. I agree to provide information to MFPP – my name and address.
   
   
3. I agree that my personal data will be stored by MFPP for the duration of the project.

4. If I need plants to be delivered, I accept that my personal data (name, address) will be shared with the distributors. This information will be stored by MFPP for the duration of the project but destroyed by the distributors after the plants have been delivered.
