My Park events 2025Myatt's Fields Park Project can't wait to welcome you to another year of wonderful events celebrating local culture, heritage, talent, entrepreneurship as well as open the discussing on mental health, land justice and climate change.
Whether you're planning your visit in advance by month or looking for something exciting at the last minute, explore these fantastic events in your local park to make sure you don't miss out! There will be live music, food, market stalls, workshops, talks, and activities to join in. We're able to bring these events thanks to the support of many partners such us: Black Cultural Market, Empower from Within, Black Growth, XLP Youth Programme, Raw Music Material, Van Gogh House, Incredible Edible Lambeth, People's Land Policy, Vibes fm, Eyes For Many Community, Lambeth Council as well as our generous donors. All events are FREE and suitable for babies to grandparents. |

Community Gardening WorkshopsBiweekly on Thursdays |10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Free to all participants. Join our friendly, biweekly workshops to boost your gardening skills and get actively involved in maintaining our beautiful park! These sessions are a fantastic way to share horticultural knowledge, improve your practical skills, and connect with local green-fingered enthusiasts. We cover a range of essential techniques, from planting bulbs and taking cuttings to planning local planting events, all designed to enhance the beauty and biodiversity of Myatt's Fields Park. Forest SchoolOnly available during term time. Nature Vibezzz runs these FREE drop-in sessions.
Wednesdays, 10am to 12pm for children all ages accompanied by an adult. Wildlife area (in the park, next to the Little Cat Cafe). Forest school aims to promote the holistic development of all those involved, fostering resilient, confident, independent and creative learners. Expect to learn about nature conservation, tool works, natural crafts, plant and other wildlife identification and much more... |
Stay and Play (term time)Only available during term time. Mulberry Outdoor Preschool runs 2 FREE drop-in Stay and Play sessions a week.
Mondays and Fridays, Under 4s: 9.30-11.30am Picnic area (in the park, opposite the Mulberry Centre). It provides outdoor, nature-based activities for children. Come along and meet other parents whilst your children play in the fresh air! No need to register in advance, just drop in on the day. We look forward to seeing you there. |
Playground - Water PlayON daily from 10am and 6pm (with 15 minute intervals every hour for system self cleaning)
The water fountains are one of the most popular activities for families in the park, come along and splash about. The system is managed and maintained by Lambeth Council. The fountains will be switched off for the winter from the 27th September 2025 till spring 2026. |
