The Little Cat Cafe
The cafe is open, selling drinks and snacks:
- Monday to Thursday (9am-4pm)
- Friday to Sunday (9am-5pm)
Our family-run community cafe is right next to the wildlife area – just follow the aroma of fresh coffee and pancakes. We serve hot and cold drinks, cakes, snacks, breakfast and lunch.
We care about good food. There are healthy options for kids and adults, and we use as much seasonal produce as we can from the park’s greenhouse.
Profits from the cafe help us look after the park. Melany runs the cafe with her son Omar and daughter Eliza. She's also a longstanding volunteer who has done so much for the park and the community over the years.
Open all year round from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Sunday – unless it’s raining and there’s no-one in the park. During the summer the cafe is sometimes open later for live music and special events. Keep an eye out for what's on.
The Little Cat Cafe can also help with catering events, drinks packages, lunches and more. Email us or call us on 02072744839.

Playground, water play and more for kids
Myatt’s is a great place to bring kids of all ages. Our park is relaxed and clean, with buggy-friendly paths.
Play on the grass, explore our wildlife area and say hello to our resident bees. Or head straight to the playground for fantastic climbing frames, swings and even zip wire.
Our water play area is so popular with the kids from the last May bank holiday to the end of August. It is on daily between 10am and 5pm, with 15 minutes intervals every hour for system self cleaning. Lambeth Council employs Aquaneo to manage the system.
We also run activities for families including NaturActive, our summer fair, harvest and Christmas celebrations.
The Mulberry Outdoor Preschool hosts free stay & play sessions for under 5s and under 2s. You can hire The Mulberry Centre for birthday parties too.
We support local schools with their environmental education through the Natural Thinkers programme, greenhouse projects and volunteering activities.

Nature and wildlife
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city in one of London's most peaceful parks.
Surround yourself with nature – including mature London Plane trees, spring time bulbs, and our resident heron and night-time bats.
Our wildlife area has a pond, fruit trees, woodland walk and wildflower meadow. In summer when the grass grows long, you're immersed in a sea of green.
Frogs, foxes, butterflies and bats have all been spotted around these parts and if you look through the window in the far fence you’ll see our Bee Urban beehives. Download our activity sheets about the flora and fauna in the wildlife area.
Visit our community greenhouse, where our gardeners and volunteers grow vegetables, fruit and plants for the park. Even better, why not get involved yourself as a volunteer.
