Welcome to Myatt's Fields Park
Myatt's Fields Park is a beautiful Victorian park in Camberwell, South London. There is a lot to see and do here for all ages from cutting-edge sports facilities to a modern kids' playground with water play.
You can even get married amid the backdrop of the park's original 19th century bandstand, roundhouse, gardens and paths.
Or maybe you fancy taking in the views of one of London's most peaceful places? Well, there's always a seat at the Little Cat Café – where you can taste organic food grown by volunteers in the park's community greenhouse.
Growing food for local people
Myatt's Fields Park has been awarded Green Flag status for its quality green space. The park has also won awards for growing food for local people – and developing habitats for pollinators, like bees.
We are an edible park growing food for our community. There are lots of opportunities to volunteer and improve your gardening skills around the park.
If gardening isn't your thing, maybe cooking is? Myatt's Fields Park offers a range of community training, including popular Food Heroes classes. Learn how to cook using food fresh from the greenhouse.
Run by a charity
Back in the year 2000, a group of park users got together to create Myatt's Field Park Project (MFPP).
The project became a charity in 2002. And we've never looked back. We've been:
If you're proud of what we're doing, and want to help our community park succeed, please donate today. Or become a board member - we are recruiting for a new treasurer.
We've recently launched a bench donation scheme. Please contact our park manager for more information.
