Our last food heroes session will be cooked by our food manager Fiorella Fronzi this Saturday 18th May from 10.30am.
Either turn up at 10.30am and help her to cook gnocchi with salmon and saffron risotto and bruschetta with white truffle oil and mushrooms, followed by apples and pears cooked in the oven with a chocolate fondue, or come along to eat lunch which will be served at 12.30pm.
