FILM SCREENING IN MYATT’S
Everyone is invited to come along for a free pedal-powered film screening of Ratatouille by the bandstand in Myatt’s from 2.30pm to 5pm on Sunday, 17th March.
The Little Cat Cafe will be serving popcorn and ratatouille to go with the film and fuel those who would like to power our pedal-powered cinema. Don't worry about the weather, we will put up a marquee...And if you get cold, you will just have to pedal a bit faster!
This event is part of Camberwell Free Film Cinema. If anyone can volunteer to pedal the bike, or help set up at 1pm and take down from 5pm please contact Aleksandra at [email protected].

FUNDING FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS
If you live in the Loughborough area you can apply for up to £5000 for your own project under the latest round of the Community Challenge Fund.
This is a pot of money for local residents for local projects and activities that are designed and led by local residents. Nurture organisations (Myatt’s Field Park Project is one) will hold the funding and support residents in making their ideas a reality.
The Community Challenge Fund is intended to invest money into a target area which means they can only consider proposals put forward by residents who live in and around Loughborough Junction and Coldharbour ward.
See attached for further information and application form.
FOOD SESSIONS AT THE PARK
FOOD HEROES
Everyone is welcome to come along and learn how to make Thai food in a session taught by our Thai food hero Orn (who cooks for the café) this Saturday (16th March).
The sessions are open to everyone – come along and help cook, or just turn up and eat at noon if you want to. You don’t need to be an expert cook, we design the sessions so people can just roll up their sleeves and help with chopping, stirring and eating!
We pay food heroes £40 to teach other people about the food they know and love. No experience is needed and you will be supported by our food manager Fiorella Fronzi during the session. If you are interested in becoming a food hero please contact Fiorella Fronzi on [email protected].
FAMILY COOK AND EAT BREAKFAST CLUB
